On Wednesday our CEO Hannah visited the Oasis Partnership and its new Bagnall Project.

CEO Colin Paterson-McGregor gave Hannah a tour, introducing her to service users, volunteers and staff, and showcasing how the centre aims to strengthen the Chesham community through healthy living and wellbeing programmes.

Like so many sectors, charities are up against it at the moment: recruitment’s hard, securing funding is hard and the demand for our services is increasing as our beneficiaries are struggling more than most with the growing cost of living. Collaboration and recognising each other’s specialities MUST be the way forward, so it was exciting to explore ways in which Youth Concern could work even more closely with Oasis.

Here’s to dreaming big, funding sustainable futures and being here for Bucks’ residents when they need us most.
