On Sunday 6^th November, social enterprise Rennie’s Winslow Cider, set up and run by young people, with 100% profits being donated to Youth Concern, attended the penultimate Winslow Famers Market of the year.

The team brought their appley cheer to the town, selling homemade (and award-winning*) bottled dry and medium cider, and delicious mulled cider on tap.

It was great to meet Greg Smith MP and Cllrs John Chilver and Cllr David Goss who enjoyed a glass of mulled cider on the house before buying a Christmas box of 3 bottles to take away.

The social enterprise also donated £2,000 to Hannah, our CEO, bringing the total raised to a staggering £25,100 in 11 years. Needless to say we are enormously grateful to everyone who gets involved in cider production, marketing and selling. *2^nd in 2017 Hereford International Cider Competition, gold medal and 1^st at the 2018 British Cider Championships at the Royal Bath and West Show, beating 600 entries, and bronze in 2019.
